The Lady Willingdon Hospital is a reputable, registered charity organisation and that has been in operation for many decades.

No contribution is too small
There are few places in the world where small donations make such a huge difference.

$10 can buy life-saving tuberculosis drugs for a child, and $2 can buy de-worming tablets for forty children.

How can I make my donation?

Contributions can also be made through PayPal, which may be easier for international donors. St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace kindly takes care of accountancy matters for us on a pro bono basis. The bank accounts we use are free of fees and service charges, and your donations go in their entirety towards medical aid.
There are also alternative methods of transfer you can use – just ask or let us know your preference in your email.

Note that all donations to us are transferred in full to the hospital for use in medical aid initiatives only. The students running the project pay for administrative costs from their own pockets.

How else can I contribute?

If you can help with finding sponsors, please contact us – we would love to hear from you. We may be able to provide you with hard-copy prospectuses and other information documents to give to potential sponsors. Alternatively, you can direct anyone who may be interested to our website.

If you or your company can help with administrative matters, such as the printing of our prospectuses and project reports please contact us also – this would significantly alleviate the personal financial and time burdens on the students running the project, allowing them to focus on raising more funds for the hospital.
